STATEMENT OF US CONGRESSMAN JERRY COSTELLO ON U.S. SENATOR PAUL SIMON
Washington -United States Congressman Jerry Costello said today that he was saddened to learn of the death of U.S. Senator Paul Simon.
"Paul was a highly respected national leader, a model public servant and a friend. I was proud to serve with Paul in United States Congress and continued to maintain a friendship with him until his death. He was a fine man and will be missed by those of us who knew and worked with him."
