COSTELLO TO PRESENT FEDERAL FUNDS TO BENTON LIBRARY ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH AT 11:00 A.M.
Washington - U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) will present a $169,750 mock check to officials at the Benton Public Library, 502 S. Main St., on Monday, November 29th at 11:00 a.m. central.
Costello secured the funds as part of the federal budget for Fiscal Year 2005. The money will be used to significantly increase the facility, including more meeting space and a larger children's area.
