CARTERVILLE STUDENT MEETS WITH CONGRESSMAN COSTELLO IN WASHINGTON, D.C.
Washington - Taylor Poore, a senior at Carterville High School, met with U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) in his Washington, D.C. office today. Taylor was in Washington as part of the National Young Leaders Conference, a program sponsored by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council that provides promising students a hands-on experience in building leadership skills.
Upon graduation, Taylor hopes to attend Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
