“It’s outrageous that the Department of Veterans Affairs would pay a Washington-based senior manager hundreds of thousands of dollars in ‘relocation payments’ just to move hours up the road to manage the dysfunctional Philadelphia Regional Office. Who is responsible for authorizing the $288,000 in hard-earned taxpayer dollars?
