Congressman Ryan Costello

Representing the 6th District of Pennsylvania

Flag Requests

As you may be aware, January 2, 2019, will be my last day representing the Sixth Congressional District of Pennsylvania.

To ensure a successful transition for the newly-elected Members who will represent my current constituents in the 116th Congress (2019-2020), the last date to request a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol through my office is Friday November 9th

After Friday November 9, please contact the offices of Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senators, Bob Casey and Pat Toomey, for assistance with having a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol.

To request a flag through Senator Casey’s Office, please click here or call (866) 802-2833.  To request a flag through Senator Toomey’s Office, please click here or call (202) 224-4254.

Flag Order Form

If you would like to order a U.S. flag from our office, please use the flag order form to calculate the price and shipping costs.

Flags are available in different sizes and fabrics. All flag purchases include a dedication message, which may be customized for the recipient. You may choose to have your new flag flown over the U.S. Capitol for an additional charge. Flags flown over the Capitol include a certificate, which may be personalized for a particular person, event, or organization.

The order form will create a printable order for you to print and send to our office with your check.

Care of the Flag

Most outdoor flags can be washed in mild detergent and thoroughly rinsed. Indoor and parade flags should be dry-cleaned. Damaged flags can be repaired and used as long as the overall dimensions are not noticeably altered. American Legion Posts and local governments often have facilities to dispose of unserviceable flags. Store your flag in a clean, well ventilated area.
